1 (8 oz.) pkg. wild rice
chicken stock
1 T. unsalted butter
1/2 c. toasted, skinless, chopped hazelnuts
1 T. chopped fresh parsley leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions, using
chicken stock instead of water, and adding 1 T. butter
to stock. When all liquid has been absorbed, remove
from the heat and let rest for at least 10 min. Fluff with
fork and add nuts and parsley. Season to taste.
