2 c. flour (plain)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix together well. Pour into pan and bake 50 - 60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool completely.

Frosting:
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream margarine, sugar, cheese, and vanilla together until creamy. Stir in nuts. Frost and enjoy.
