8 oz cream cheese softened
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp capers, rinsed & drained
1 cup cooked smoked salmon shredded
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, milk & capers with 2/3 cup of smoked salmon in food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Remove from blender or processor into a bowl.
Add remaining 1/3 cup of flaked smoked salmon & mix gently until just stirred into cheese mixture. Cover & refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle parsley over the top.
