1 1/2 lbs of salmon filet
2 Tsp garlic salt
3 Tbsp brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter
1 small red onion, slice thinely
1 thinely sliced lemon
1 bottle of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Use aluminum foil and create a long obllong cooking tray. (it works best if your salmon is long & oblong as well). Put salmon filet in the center of tray. Season with garlic salt and then sprinkle on the brown sugar. Dice up the butter and sprinkle on salmon evenly. Top with sliced red onions & lemons. Pour beer into tray. Cover foil tray with another piece of foil to make an enclosed cooking tray. Place on grill & grill for approximately 8 minutes or until salmon flakes.
Do not overcook. Remove from grill, remove cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
