4 pork chops - about 3/4" thick
1 1/2 cups of salsa
2 chopped green onions
1 can green chilies
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado sliced
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown on one side in non stick skillet. Turn chops and add salsa, onions and green chilies. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 8 minutes. Place on platter and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each chop. Serve with sliced avacadoes and sour cream.
