4 lb. boneless top loin pork roast
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. dried sage
1 plastic roasting bag

Directions:
Directions:
Cut garlic in half and rub roast all over with each half. Cut garlic again in 4ths and make 4 small cuts on roast with tip of knife. Insert each piece of garlic into roast. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle/rub on to roast. Put roast into bag (follow directions on box on how to use bag). Put roast in roasting pan without lid and cook at 325 degrees for about 2 hours. Use meat thermometer to see when done. Allow roast 15 min. to sit before carving.
