4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
16 oz can refried beans
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
5 drops hot pepper sauce (tabasco)
2 tsps dried parsley flakes ( can use fresh parsley chopped)
1/3 cup chopped scallions / green onions
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 cup monterey jack cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 8" x 8" baking dish. In a mixing bowl blend the cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce, parsley, green onions and 1/2 of the cheese, until smooth. Then spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake until bean dip is hot and cheese is bubbling - about 20 minutes.
