Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
3 T. onion
3 T. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 or 2 sliced carrots
1 stalk sliced celery (optional)
1 c. dry instant rice
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion, then drain. Add soy sauce, can of soup and water, carrots and celery, and rice. Mix all and put in buttered casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Uncover, add cheese on top and bake another 15 min.
