1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Take a slice of bread and trim the crust off and butter the slices. Place slices, buttered-side down, in muffin tins and shape into the cups. Fill full of meat mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. These freeze well.
