1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 T. finely chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 T. grated fresh parmesan cheese
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. fennel seed
1/8 t. oregano
6 french rolls
6 slices mozzarella cheese
garlic spread
1/2 cup catsup

Brown beef and onion, stirring frequently to break up meat. Add tomato sauce, catsup, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, fennel seed, and oregano. Cook for 20 minutes. Split rolls, spread top half of roll with about 1 t. garlic spread. Divide meat misture evenly on bottom half of rolls and top with 1 slice sheese. Close sandwich and wrap in foil. Heat in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Garlic spread:Blend in small bowl, 2 T. softened butter, 1/4 t. garlic powder and 1/2 t. paprika.
