1 can (16 oz.) pineapple chunks
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cups chopped apples
1 package (8 oz.) Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Pineapple, reserving juice. Combine pineapple and marshmallows in a bowl. Mix well and chill 2 hours or overnight. Add flour, vinegar, sugar and egg to reserved juice in saucepan. Mix well. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Add to pineapple mixture with Cool Whip and apples. Chill overnight. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
