2 Cups raw cranberries
4 Cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup chopped unpared apple
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
1 Cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

Grind cranberries. Stir in marshmallows and sugar. Chill overnight. Add apple and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Chill thoroughly.

I have used Cool Whip instead of whipping cream and it works well. This salad keeps well. Sometimes I have added extra Cool Whip to the leftover salad because the marshmallows tend to soak up the moisture. MGM
