1 c. warm water
3 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar

2 c. scalded milk
1 c. sugar
2 squares margarine
3/4 Tbsp. salt
6 eggs (beaten)
10 c. flour (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1 c. water with 1 tsp. sugar. Add milk to sugar, salt and margarine. Beat eggs. Add yeast and 1 tsp. sugar to warm water. When margarine and sugar are dissolved, add eggs and dissolved yeast. Sift in flour until firm enough to knead. Knead enough flour in to make a smooth, soft dough. Put dough into large greased Tupperware bread bowl. Cover with wet dish towel. Let rise until double in bulk.

Punch down. Divide into 3 balls. Roll each ball out into rectangle. Cover with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon and either raisins or chocolate chips or add nuts if desired. Roll up, cut about 3/4 - 1 inch apart. Place 3 on a row on large jelly roll pans. Let rise again.

Bake at 350 F for 11 minutes (convection oven) until golden brown.
