1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 cubes butter (not margarine)
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water.

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x 13 pan. Sprinkle in some chocolate. chips and walnuts.
In saucepan melt butter, sugar and water together. Stir and cook on med- high heat until mixture boils.Reduce heat to medium continue boiling. Using a candy thermomter cook until it reaches 290 (about 15 minutes). Pour over choc. chips and nuts. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle more choc. chips on top.When they melt spread them evenly over top. Sprinkle on remining walnuts. Chill till firm, then break into pieces.
