2 pkg. hash browns (thawed) 8 oz sour cream 2 cans cream chicken soup 1/4 c. margarine melted 1/4 c. onion 1 lb. shredded cheese crushed corn flakes
Mix together sour cream, chicken soup, onion and margarine. Pour over hash browns. (It will be thick) Pour into 9x13 pan (sprayed with Pam). Cover with shredded cheese. Crush Corn Flakes, add melted margarine and put on top of cheese.
The frozen hash browns make this recipe so much faster.
