2 pie crusts

Filling:

1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
3 c. cooked turkey
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables(or frozen peas & carrots)

Heat oven to 425 F. Place one pie crust in 9-inch pie pan.
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add broth and milk cook stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey and vegetables; remove from heat. Spoon turkey filling over crust. Place second crust over filling. Flute edge. Cut slits in several places. Bake 425 for 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
