½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup flaked coconut
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a cookie sheet. Combine sugars, butter, egg, vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add flour, oats, coconut, baking soda, salt. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoon 2 inches apart. Cook 7-10 minutes.
