Crust:

1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar.
Filling:

4 lg. peaches
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. cool whip
1 c. milk
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. almond extract.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for crust and press into pie plate. Bake crust @ 375 for 5-7 minutes.
Mix cool whip, pudding, and milk. Add cream cheese and almond extract. After crust has cooled place peaches next to crust and top with cool whip mix. Refigerate for 2 hours befor serving.

You can double this recipe and put it in a 9 x 13 baking dish. O' Henry peaches are wonderful for this recipe.
