8 oz fettucine noodles
1 cup imported parmeasan cheese, grated
1 cup of heavy cream ( or half & half)
1/2 stick of butter
1 clove of crushed garlic
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodle to ale dante - slightly undercooked.
Melt butter in skillet - low heat. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic. Do not burn the butter. Put in cooked fettucine noodles. Add cream & cheese and stir. Add nutmeg. Serve with fresh grated pepper.
