1 16oz. can baby peas, drained
1 12oz. can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 16oz. can French style green beans
1 red onion, diced
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 small jar red pimento, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced

Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables together in large bowl. Combine ingredients for dressing in pan and bring to boil, then let cool. Pour dressing over vegetables and let marinate for 24 hours or overnight.
