2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. cornflakes
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till stiff, add sugar, stir well. Mix in the remaining ingredients, stir. Drop by spoonful on buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes.

This was one of my Mom's (Louise Sablatura) recipes and had made it since I was a little girl. The coconut may be omitted. (I didn't like it then either, but sure do now)
