6 cups cubed zucchini 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 cup grated carrots 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 pkg Stove Top dressing 1 cube margarine or butter
Cook vegetables until tender; drain. Mix soup and sour cream together. Mix Stove Top dressing and margarine together; set 1/4 cup aside. Fold soup mixture, vegetables and dressing together. Place in 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining dressing and bake at 325º for 1/2 hour.
