Ingredients:  
1 can drained pineapple
1 large box dry green jello
1 container cottage cheese (fat free, if desired)
1 container Cool Whip (fat free, if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple and dry jello together. Mix cottage cheese into pineapple mixture. Fold in container of Cool Whip. Put salad back in refrigerator and allow to set up.

Note: You can substitute pineapple with fruit salad and green jello with red jello.
