1⅛ C. all-purpose flour (1 cup plus 2 Tbsp)
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ C. butter softened (1 stick)
⅓ C. sugar
⅓ C. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1½ C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. sweetened coconut flakes (shredded coconut)
¾ C. sliced almonds

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. In a small bowl whisk to combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. Using mixer cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla and egg and mix just until incorporated. Slowly blend the dry mixture into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and sliced almonds.
4. Using 1½ Tbsp. cookie scoop drop by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before moving to cookie cooling racks.
