1½ cups sifted flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ salt
½ butter
⅓ cup pecans, chopped
¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Heath Bars, chopped

Directions:
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix flour baking soda, and salt, mixing well.

Gradually add flour mixture in to butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Fold in heath bar bits and nuts, distributing evenly.

Drop my teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet (or cover cookie with with parchment paper) and bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges just start to brown.

Cool on pan. Store in tightly covered container.
