4-6 Cucumbers -sliced about 1/8 in. thick
1 small Onion - chopped
1 clove Garlic - chopped fine
Dressing:
1/4 c. Mayo or Miracle whip
1 T. Vinegar or to taste
1/4 t. sugar
dash of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt on Cucumbers and let sit for at least 30 minutes. (this can be done ahead and refrigerated)
Drain off the liquid.
Mix the dressing, (adjust seasonings to taste). Just before serving, pour over Cucumbers, onion and garlic and stir well.

Will keep well in frig. for several days. Add fresh tomatoes to this just before serving. Really a good way to eat fresh tomatoes.
