1 large tub cottage cheese
2 small boxes orange jello
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese and jello; mix well. Add Cool Whip, mix, then add pineapple and mandarin oranges. Refrigerate to set, usually over night.
