1 c. firmly packed Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Margarine
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 egg slightly beaten
2 c. pecan pieces (toasted)
1/2 t. vanilla
1 BAKED 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy 10" cast iron skillet. Bring to boiling over Medium heat stirring constantly. Once mixture comes to a full rolling boil, stop stirring. boil 4 minutes; mixture should be thick with large bubbles on surface. Remove from heat. Quickly stir some hot mixture into egg in small cup, stir back into skillet. Stir in Pecans and vanilla until combined. Remove from heat. Pour into prebaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven 375 for 15 minutes or until bubbly and center is almost set. Cool on wire rack. Cool completely before cutting.
