1 can (16 oz.) Veg-All, drained well
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can water sliced or diced chestnuts, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Top with some cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
