12 oz pkg noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 1/4 t salt
1 1/2 C shredded velveeta cheese
2 C cooked diced chicken
1/2 C cracker crumbs
Butter spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Cook noodles in boiling water. Drain and place in bowl. In a small saucepan blend the soup, milk, and cheese and cook until melted. Combine this mixture with drained noodles and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and spray with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter." Bake uncovered 30-45 minutes.

I usually microwave some skinless, boneless chicken breasts for this. Both kids and adults like this simple dish, so I often take it to families when someone is coming home from the hospital as it makes a nice amount.
