1 t. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
2 pkg. fast acting dry yeast
1/2 c. WARM water
2 eggs
7 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 sticks MELTED margarine or butter
2 c. WARM milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, salt, yeast, and warm water, add eggs and mix 2 minutes in small mixer bowl on low speed and set aside.
2. Combine flour with remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix 3 minutes on Medium speed.
3. Add yeast mixture and mix 3 minutes or until mixed well at meduim speed.
4. Butter air tight container and put dough in container; butter well and put in refrigerator over night.
Take out and let sit a while and work into rolls or kolaches.

I make this dough in the evening and it's ready to work whenever I can get to it. Sometimes 3 days later. The good thing too, it's all mixed with a Mixer.
