2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture; beat with mixer until smooth.
In 8 inch skillet, heat oil till hot.
Pour 1/2 cup batter in funnel with finger over funnel opening, put over oil,remove finger from opening, release batter moving in a spiral shape until funnel is empty. Fry until golden brown and turn with spatula or tongs, cook another minute or till golden brown. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup of your choice.
