4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. water
1. t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread apples in an 8" square pan. Mix together water,
cinnamon and salt and sprinkle over apples. Work
together remaining ingredients until crubly and spread
over apples. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 40
minutes.

In Eureka, the boys would go get a grocery bag of
apples - peel and slice during a football game - and we
