2 lb. beef
1 lg. onion
2 T. butter
2 c. cloves garlic
2-3 c. beef broth
1 t. marjoram
1 t. caraway seeds
2 T. brown sugar
2 t. paparika
salt and pepper
corn starch

Saute beef and onion in butter until well browned. Add all but corn starch. Simmer 2 - 2 1/2 hrs. Mix corn starch with a little water - stir enough in until thick. Serve over noodles.
