1 pkg dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tbsp fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water until bubbly. Add remaining ingredients and knead 8-10 minutes. Let rise about 1 hour. Punch down and make 2 loaves; pat out into 2 flat disks. Let rise again. Bake at 350 until done.
