10 medium potatoes, cooked and chopped
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb bacon, fried and diced; reserve 1/4 cup grease in skillet
1/4 cup flour
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, eggs, bacon, onion, salt and pepper in bowl. In skillet used to fry the bacon, add flour to grease. Stir and brown. Add vinegar, sugar and water. Stir until mix thickens; pour over potatoes.
