1 c flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp soda
⅓ c shortening
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
½ c oatmeal
1 c coconut
1 c pecans

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º
