2 c. milk, scalded
2 c.cold water*
2 pkg. yeast*
1 c. sugar*
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Knead until stiff. Let rise until double. Push down and pinch into dinner rolls or divide dough and roll out for cinnamon rolls. Let rise and bake.
Cinnamon Rolls: Divide dough and roll out to large rectangle. Spread with butter, sugar, and cinamon (raisins and nuts are good too). Roll up as jelly roll; slice and place in greased pans. Let rise and bake. Ice with melted butter vanilla, and powdered sugar (milk to thin).
*Add to scalded milk in order.
