Step One:
4 Pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
Place in small bowl. Let rise until double.

Step Two:
3 1/2 c. scalded milk (cool)
2 scant t. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 T. molasses
4 beaten eggs
Add yeat mixture to Step Two.
Mix:
4 C. whole wheat flour
4 C. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Let rise until double; punch down and let rise until double again. Mold into buns. Makes about 6 dozen.
