8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg, unbeaten
2 1/3 cups sugar
1/8 t. salt
3 cups flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
2 T. vinegar
2 t. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

First:Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/8 t. salt. Beat well. Stir in 1 c. chocolate chips and set aside.

Sift together flour, 3 c. sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Then add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Fill 30 or more muffin cups 2/3 full with cake batter. Top each with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until they are barely done. Do not overbake. Remove from oven, let cool, then wrap in aluminum foil and freeze.

To serve: Take out of freezer and serve.
