3 lbs of baby back pork ribs 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar 1 Tbsp papricka 2 Tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce.
Preheat grill to medium. Center 1 rack of ribs in single layer on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Combine the sugar and seasoning and rub over ribs. Bring up foil sides. Double the fold on top and one end to seal packet. Pour in 1/4 cup of water in foil packet. Double fold the remaining end. Leave room for circulation inside your foil packet. Repeat with as many foil packets as you need for the amount of ribs. Grill 45 to 60 minutes in covered grill. Then remove ribs from foil packets and put on grill. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce. Continue grilling for 10 to 15 minutes. Brushing with sauce and turning ribs every 5 minutes.
