6 chicken breasts (can be boneless)
1 package of Taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups of salsa
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with non stick oil. Put in chicken. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning and then add salsa. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken. Dissolve cornstarch in small bowl with 1/4 cup of water. Stir cornstarch mixture into crockpot sauce. Wait 10 minutes and then add sour cream into crock pot. Serve sauce over chicken.
