1 package of Angel Food confetti cake mix (or any other flavour)
2 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

Gently mix all the ingredients. Lightly grease cookie sheet with shortening. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the cookie sheet.

Bake at 325ºF for 10 minutes or until the edges turn slightly brown.
