1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped or shredded
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 large avocado, chopped
3 ounces of blue cheese crumbled
6 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
Dressing:
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp salt
4 tsp of sugar
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place romaine on bottom of an oval or rectangular bowl. Chop all vegetables and arrange each vegetable, blue cheese and bacon in a colorful row on top of lettuce. Add dressing just before serving. Toss if you like or serve as is with the rows of ingredients on top of lettuce.
