4 large russet potatoes
1 large green pepper
1 large white onion
1 head of broccoli flowerets
8 medium size mushrooms
1/2 stick of oleo or butter
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic salt
grill seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
dice up raw potatoes, green peppers, onions, broccoli and mushroons. Use large sheet of aluminum foil & butter it first and then add all vegetables & potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and add garlic salt and a dash of grill seasoning. Dice up bits of butter all over veggies & potatoes. Wrap up foil in a long foil package. A double wrap can be used to make sure it doesnt drip on grill and is tight. Put on grill. Depending on the vegetables used, it should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour on a BBQ grill.
