2 lbs of ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion chopped
1 package of taco seasoning
1 - 16 oz can of kidney beans
1 -16 oz can of garbanzo beans
1 - 16 oz can of corn
1 - 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 small can of diced green chilies
1 large can of V8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with the diced onion. Drain off grease. Add beef to large soup pot. Add all the other ingredients. Mix together and cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, black olives or whatever toppings you like. And crushed doritos.
