8 oz of softened cream cheese
8 oz of sour cream
2 packages of dried beef - chopped
4 green onions chopped
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 Tbsp of horseradish
1 Tbsp of parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1 package of dried beef chopped, green onions, garlic powder, horseradish and parsley flakes. Mix up well. Then roll into a ball with the help of saran wrap and roll ball into package of chopped dried beef.
Refrigerate overnight. Is great with crackers.
