2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas or 1 can peas
1 c. cubed American cheese (4 oz.)
1 c. sliced sweet pickles
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed, drain. If using frozen peas, cook as directed and drain. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
