3 pounds spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
2 cups herb flavored stuffing mix
2 onions, minced
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into one-inch balls; arrange on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes; serve warm.
