1 pound lean ground beef/turkey
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 can (11 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup Green Giant frozen mixed veggies
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Bisquick mix
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 F. Generously grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Cook ground beef/turkey and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until meat is brown; drain. Stir in soup, veggies, and milk.
Stir Bisquick mix and water in a baking dish until moistened; spread evenly in bottom of baking dish. Spread meat mixture over batter. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
